Pasco Economic Development Council
The Pasco Economic Development Council provides staff resources in the management of the incubator and coordination of services offered to all clients. Pasco EDC has the established programs and management expertise to oversee this endeavor.
Pasco County
Provides financial support, assistance with government related contracting, assistance with various regulatory requirements, partner with grant applications and other opportunities as they are identified.
Florida High Tech Corridor Council
The Florida High Tech Corridor Council supports the region’s business incubators in their mission to accelerate the growth of startup companies and ventures through extensive mentoring and monitoring processes.
Saint Leo University
Provides faculty and student resources including assistance with business plan development, marketing plan development, interns and consulting. In addition Saint Leo provides direct support for Information Technology and Marketing projects using faculty and students.
Greater Dade City Chamber of Commerce
Provides access to expertise from members to include, legal consulting, accounting assistance, marketing analysis, and partner in the marketing of incubator services and programs.
Small Business Development Center
Provides services to accelerate the growth and success of companies using professional business consultants. Business tools include; business and marketing plans, government contracting, accounting and taxes, financing and loans and operations management.
Other Partners
We welcome local partners who would like to assist the SMARTstart Pasco Business Incubator or our members with internet connectivity, consulting services, etc.
