Attendees will also hear from CEO/Founder of Artix Entertainment, Adam Bohn, who will talk about his journey from development of his first Flash-based role playing game (RPG) with friends in 2002 to leadership of a thriving tech business with over 180 million registered players and more than a dozen online RPGs developed and maintained from Artix’s high-tech studio in Pasco County.

Owners wondering about the next steps to take to grow their companies will benefit from a presentation from Dino Eliadis of DE, Inc. about the business growth cycle and the SPARC process, which accelerates business growth.  Those looking for funding will appreciate Blair Martin’s remarks.  Ms. Martin, Director of the Florida Angel Nexus, will share ways that business owners can increase credibility, business valuation, and the ability to raise funds.

This year’s CEO High-Growth Roundtable Panel will include Erin Meyer, Vice President of Gator Cleaning Solutions; Conny Cranford, President/Founder of Evolutions Healthcare Systems; and Ken Kupferman, CEO of Affordable Lock & Security.  They will share their experiences managing small businesses.

The conference will be rounded out by a discussion of traditional and emerging risk issues for businesses and their practical solutions by John C. Laurie, CPA, CGMA, AAI, Senior Vice President of BB&T Insurance Services, an overview of how the U.S. Small Business Administration can help small business owners by SBA Regional Administrator, Cassius Butts, and a business expo with plenty of opportunities for networking and exchange of ideas between business owners and presenters.
